StayAI provides an AI-powered customer communication and reservation management platform for hospitality businesses. Features include unified inbox, AI auto-reply, upsell recommendations, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Do not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Do not interfere with other users' use of the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StayAI are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

StayAI is provided "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
